Original etching with contemporary handcolor, comes from a rare series by Francois Levaillant (1753-1824) titled Histoire naturelle des oiseaux de paradis et des rolliers, suivie de celle des toucans et des barbus, published by Denne et Perle in Paris , 1801 - 1806.
